Rotational molding forms are designed for manufacturing plastic products using rotational molding technology – known as rotomoulding.
Thanks to their appropriate design, the molds can be multi-element depending on the complexity of the final product. Additionally, the molds can be made as modular forms, allowing for multiple product variants while saving costs on producing many similar molds.
We produce steel molds primarily intended for products with less complex shapes and typically large dimensions such as tanks or sewage manholes. We also manufacture aluminum molds designed for products with very complex shapes. All molds are built based on a previously created and customer-approved 3D mold design.
We also modernize steel and aluminum molds and perform repairs (e.g., parting line replacements, dent removal, etc.).

Types of molds produced:
- steel molds
- aluminum molds / CNC aluminum molds
Selected mold components:
- mounting frame,
- vents,
- inserts,
- locks,
- optional logos / inscriptions on molds, which can be interchangeable elements.
Others…
- Products are hollow inside,
- Easy color change,
- No pressure during the production process,
- Low mold production costs compared to other technologies,
- Free from internal stresses (distortions),
- Efficient production process with minimal or no waste,
- Production of multilayer products – multiple layers in one product,
- Products can easily have varying wall thicknesses,
- Possibility of production optimization due to the ability to produce multiple products during one production cycle,
- Additional elements (inserts) integrated with the product directly during the production process, used for equipment assembly.
- Products manufactured using rotational molding technology are 100% recyclable and can be reused.
- Various types of tanks: water, diesel fuel, chemicals
- Various types of wells: sewage, water meter, valve, cascade
- Housings, covers, vehicle roofs e.g., tractors or construction machinery,
- Containers for sand and salt, waste, pallets,
- Garden furniture, planters, toys,
- Decorative lamps and other interior design elements.
- Traffic safety elements,
- Decorative elements,
- Kayaks, boats, and other water accessories and products.
